Hi! I’m Cheryl.

Helping people has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Whether it was singing for the elderly in nursing homes, leading the children’s choir at my church, teaching elementary school for 20 years, or guiding people in the sale of their existing home and/or the purchase of a new one for the past 6 years. 

I truly consider it an honor and a privilege to be of service, and I can do that for more people than ever now that I’m licensed in both Florida and Colorado!

I have many hobbies and interests, so we’re sure to relate in one way or another. Art, music, writing, gardening, baking, sports, and especially hiking with my partner, Jack and our dogs, Piper and Star.

My greatest accomplishment: raising three amazing, successful grown children, who live in Maui, Scotland and Indiana.
